All applicants are placed on the waiting list. If there is immediate availability, the wait list can be as short as the processing time. The length of time depends on the availability of the unit size requested.

Deposit and First month’s rent (or prorated rent, dependent on move in date).
Each unit is different at each location. This will be sent when the application packages are sent.
A portion of the deposit (the application deposit) is paid when a unit is assigned to the individual. This may mean that the unit is still occupied, on notice from the current tenant to move out, and about to be made ready.
