Move In Costs

Each unit is different at each location. This will be sent when the application packages are sent.
A portion of the deposit (the application deposit) is paid when a unit is assigned to the individual. This may mean that the unit is still occupied, on notice from the current tenant to move out, and about to be made ready.
There is an appeal process that can be started by communicating with the Community Director.
